By booking transportation with CALL A RIDE, you agree to the following terms:

Service Overview

We provide pre-arranged private transportation within the island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, subject to availability and safe operating conditions.

Booking Requirements

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Contact information
  • Passenger count

Incorrect details may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Be ready at scheduled pickup time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
  • Follow safety instructions
  • Wear seatbelts
  • Follow all local laws

Passengers are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning caused during a trip.

Pricing & Payment

Fares may include:

  • Distance or flat-rate pricing
  • Waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Special service requests

Payment terms are confirmed at booking.

Wait Time & No-Shows

A 10-minute grace period applies unless otherwise arranged.

Failure to appear may result in a full fare charge.

Right to Refuse Service

Drivers may refuse or end service for safety or legal reasons, including:

  • Disorderly or threatening conduct
  • Unsafe intoxication
  • Illegal items or activities
  • Capacity violations
  • Noncompliance with safety rules

Trips terminated for these reasons may not qualify for refunds.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Accidents
  • Mechanical issues
  • Government or emergency events

Arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Airport Pickups

Customers must provide accurate flight information. Delays caused by incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.

Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or forgotten items but will assist recovery when possible.

Children & Accessibility

Child seats and accessibility needs must be requested in advance where required.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALL A RIDE is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to transportation services.

Customer Feedback & Review Invitations

By booking a ride with CALL A RIDE, you agree that we may send you follow-up communications related to your trip, including email invitations requesting feedback or a service rating. These messages are intended solely to improve service quality and customer experience. You may opt out of receiving future review or feedback emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication.

Privacy

Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
